Last updated: February 2026
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using OptiFlow, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms; we will post changes here. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
2. Use of the service
You must use OptiFlow only for lawful purposes and in line with these terms. You may not misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with other users, or use it in any way that could harm the service or others. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Account and security
You must provide accurate information when you register and keep your account details secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
4. Subscription and payment
Paid plans are billed in advance (e.g. monthly). Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or as stated in our refund policy. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may change pricing with notice.
5. Your data and privacy
You retain ownership of the data you put into OptiFlow. Our use of your data is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not claim ownership of your financial or personal content.
6. Limitation of liability
OptiFlow is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms or for other operational or legal reasons. You may close your account at any time. On termination, your right to use the service ends; we may retain data as required by law or our Privacy Policy.
8. General
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If any part of these terms is held invalid, the rest remains in effect. For questions, contact us.
