Getting started
How do I create an account?
Go to Get Started or Sign in and create your account with your email and a password. You can start a free trial with no card required.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. New users get a free trial so you can try OptiFlow before subscribing. No credit card is required to start.
What do I need to use OptiFlow?
You need a modern web browser and an internet connection. OptiFlow works on desktop and mobile. Sign in from any device to access your dashboard.
Account & billing
How much does OptiFlow cost?
OptiFlow Pro is £4.99 per month, recurring monthly. See our Pricing page for full details. You can cancel anytime.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can manage or cancel your subscription from your account or billing settings in the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
How do I reset my password?
Use the “Forgot password” link on the Sign in page, or contact support at support@optiflow.com if you need help.
Using OptiFlow
How do I add transactions or bills?
From the dashboard, use “Add Bill / Transaction” or open the Bills & Transactions section. You can enter amounts, categories, and due dates. Your data is saved automatically.
Where can I see my spending trends?
Spending trends and charts are on your dashboard in the Spending Chart and Category Breakdown sections. You can filter by month and category.
Can I use OptiFlow on my phone?
Yes. The dashboard is responsive and works on mobile. Open the same URL in your phone’s browser and sign in to access your data.
Security & privacy
Is my data secure?
We use industry-standard encryption and secure storage. We don’t sell your data. See our Privacy page for more details.
How do I enable two-factor authentication (2FA)?
Sign in and go to Settings. In the security section you can enable 2FA with Google Authenticator or another TOTP app for extra account protection.
